TireSmart® TRP9000 was engineered specifically for the Mining Industry. It protects against air loss & migration through micro-particle Twaron Thixotrope Fibers, which seal bead, rim & porosity leaks. Because TRP9000 has a liquid base, tire inner liners & o-ring seals are kept lubricated & preserved. This aids considerably in the tire dismounting & remounting process. Another benefit of TRP9000 is that it provides for a cooler running tire in severe heat conditions, while protecting the tire during extreme cold -70°F (-56°C).

Stable Air Pressure:
This prevents bead, rim and porosity leaks, and seals around leaking O-Rings in OTR tires. It reduces over-inflation due to heat buildup and results in less rolling resistance and better fuel economy.
Protects Against Temperature Extremes:
Our product provides for a cooler running tire in severe heat conditions, as well as protecting tires in extreme cold (-70°C).
Protection against Wheel, Rim, Belt Corrosion, and Rubber Degredation:
Casing and Inner LIner Protection:
Our products prevent air migration through the inner liner and plycord material that causes the casing to weaken and fail, underinflation and heat build up. It allows for better recaps and prevents the tire inner liner from drying and cracking.

Through micro-particle components, our product seals O-Rings, Bead and Porosity leaks while lubricating and preserving the tire's inner liner.
